Event ins and outs to help make this our best dream gala ever.

Event

  • Complimentary valet parking will be available for guests at the front doors of Quincy Hall, located at 1325 Quincy St NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413. Enter off Quincy St NE and pull up to the front door to utilize the valet. There will also be limited parking in the lot directly in front of Quincy Hall, as well as ample public parking options in the area.

If you’re attending with friends, family, or colleagues, consider carpooling to reduce your wait time and carbon footprint!

  • The dress code for Dream 2024 is Creative Black Tie. At Dream 2024, we’re looking forward to a bright night for a bold future. Wear your brightest colors to celebrate our shared ambition for better treatments and outcomes for kids fighting cancer. If you’re looking for inspiration, check out this Pinterest board.

Coat check will be available on site to store any outdoor wear or belongings as needed.

  • Due to Minnesota gambling laws, you will need to have either cash or a debit card to participate in some exciting games during the pre-dinner cocktail hour. Other than that, please bring yourself and a generous spirit – we’ll have the rest covered.

  • There is an option to share dietary restrictions and food allergies during the ticket purchase process. Table captains and ticket purchasers can also log back into the ticketing portal to update guest information and dietary restrictions if needed. You’re also welcome to contact us at Dream@childrenscancer.org to confirm your needs if you’d like.

Please note: we can only guarantee dietary restrictions noted by Wednesday, April 17. Please submit your dietary restrictions through the ticketing portal or by contacting Dream@childrenscancer.org as soon as possible so we can order you the corresponding meal.

  • Yes! Quincy Hall is fully accessible for guests who use a wheelchair or other mobility devices. The doors are all at least 32” wide, and the venue is a flat, one-story space without any thresholds. Both restrooms have at least one accessible stall.

  • Please contact us at Dream@childrenscancer.org so we can discuss how to ensure that you have a positive and safe experience at Dream.

Ticketing

  • You can purchase tickets for Dream here.

  • There are three different ticket levels for Dream 2024:

VIP ticket/table: New this year! You can purchase individual VIP tickets for $500 or a VIP table of ten (10) seats for $5,000. In addition to all of the general ticket inclusions, VIP tickets include access to an early VIP reception with the research Dream Team from the University of Minnesota, the CCRF Board of Directors, Dream Committee, CCRF CEO, and corporate sponsor attendees, professionally printed event photos of you and your guest(s) and two (2) drink tickets/person for the bar. VIP table purchasers will also have the option to elect to have a University of Minnesota cancer researcher sit at their dinner table (table purchasers must acknowledge that this sacrifices one of your ten seats for guests).

General tickets/table: You can purchase individual general tickets for $350 or tables of ten (10) general seats for $3,500. This ticket includes welcome hors d’oeuvres at a pre-dinner reception, a plated dinner and entrance to the after party featuring live entertainment and late-night bites.

Young Professionals ticket: New this year! Guests aged 35 years or younger have the option to purchase general Dream tickets at a discounted rate of $150. This ticket includes everything offered with the general ticket.

If you purchase individual tickets, you will have the option of including a table name or seating preference in the “special request” field of your order form, so we know who you’d like to be sat with.

  • All attendees will receive a link via text or email to check-in 24 hours before the event. You will be asked to provide any missing information including your phone number, guests’ phone numbers (optional) and payment information so you’re able to bid and donate directly to CCRF.

If you purchased multiple tickets, were given two complimentary tickets or sponsor tickets, or are already sharing a cart with another attendee, you'll be asked if anyone else is arriving with you. Check the box next to anyone you're checking in with, click next, enter their name if you haven't already, and indicate whether you'd like to bid and pay together or separately.

Once you have completed the check-in process, you’ll see a QR code for yourself and any guests you’re checking in with. Present this to the check-in team when you arrive at the event. You can access this QR code at any time by clicking the link in the Express Check-In Questionnaire text or from Profile > My Tickets > View Express Pass on the Event Page.

  • No, we do not provide physical tickets to the event. You will be invited via email or text to check in 24 hours ahead of the event day. Once you complete the check-in process, you are all set to show up and enjoy the evening.

  • Yes! To let us know of the change, please update your guest’s information in the ticketing portal. If guest information is changed after April 18, however, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to fulfill dietary restrictions.

  • Yes! When you purchase a table for Dream, you will receive a link to the ticketing portal. You can log in to that portal at any time to update guest information. It’s important to provide contact information for all your guests ahead of time so we’re able to share important event updates and details with them.

  • No, it’s perfectly fine to just purchase tickets for yourself and your party.

  • In past years, tickets for Dream have all sold out a few weeks before event day, so if you plan to attend, we recommend buying your ticket(s) as soon as possible. If you purchase a ticket at the door, we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to fulfill dietary restrictions or seating preferences.
