Beau Webber, PhD

Beau Webber is a genome engineer with expertise in stem cell biology, immunology, and translating novel cellular immunotherapies into the clinic for treatment of solid cancers. Pediatric sarcomas are a major focus in the Webber lab, which has developed novel, stem cell-based models that recapitulate human sarcoma development and progression and are being used to identify novel therapeutic approaches. With significant expertise in clinical translation of genetically engineered cell therapies, Dr. Webber and team are also developing novel cell-based immune therapies for the treatment of metastatic osteosarcoma. Dr. Webber is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics, a faculty member in the Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and the Co-Director of the Genome Engineering Shared Resource (GESR).

Erin Corradi

Brainstorming is my passion—not just brainstorming, but taking an idea, looking at the numbers, setting up tactics and timelines, and seeing that idea become a meaningful, enduring success.

From the analytical to the creative, I enjoy being involved in it all. When we work together, each contributing our strengths, we can take a good idea and make it greater; we can take an important message and make it clearer; we can take a life-changing cause and effectively do something about it.
